Membership Options
What are the WACA membership categories?
There are four WACA Memberships available including:
WACA Membership - Base is your pass to state cricket and the WBBL.
Includes access to the Members Reserve at the iconic WACA Ground.
WACA Membership - All Access is your pass to any elite cricket match in WA. Includes access to the Members Reserve at Optus Stadium and the iconic WACA Ground.
1885 Club Membership is your pass to elite cricket in WA as a VIP. Enjoy exclusive access to the Platinum Terrace at Optus Stadium and Members Reserve a the iconic WACA Ground.
Champions Club Membership is your pass to elite cricket in WA as in first class. Enjoy exclusive access to the Victory Lounge at Optus Stadium and Members Reserve a the iconic WACA Ground.
How can I renew my WACA membership?
Renewing Members can now view their membership invoice and renew online for the upcoming season via the Member Portal. Alternatively, contact the WA Cricket Membership Office for assistance. Please direct any enquiries to WACA Member Services on 9265 7279 or email membership@wacricket.com.au
I'm only interested in State cricket. Which membership option do I choose?
If you're only interested in attending State cricket matches such as the Sheffield Shield and One-Day Cup at the WACA Ground, then the WACA Membership - Base is for you. Please be reminded that WACA Membership is non-transferable.
I want to attend cricket matches at Optus Stadium. Which membership option do I choose?
If you would like to attend cricket matches at Optus Stadium, including international cricket, such as the Test Match, ODI series and the KFC Men's Big Bash League matches, a WACA Membership - All Access is for you! You will get access to the Members Reserve for every cricket match played at Optus Stadium, all season long. In addition, you will be able to access the Members Lounge, located inside the River View Room at Optus Stadium.
The Members Reserve is located on the shaded northern side of Optus Stadium and stretches from Level 1 to Level 5. Seating is unreserved.
I want to join the 1885 Club. What do I do?
The 1885 Club is currently at capacity. Join the waitlist here to secure your chance to enjoy exclusive benefits, including premium seating, VIP amenities, and access to Member-only events. Please note, joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or entry into the ground.
I want to join the Champions Club. What do I do?
If you would like to join the Champions Club and enjoy international cricket and KFC Men's Big Bash League matches in the exclusive Victory Lounge at Optus Stadium, please email membership@wacricket.com.au
Can I give my Member card to somebody else to attend matches?
WACA Membership (Base & All Access)
If you have purchased a WACA Membership, your Member card is for your use only and is non-transferable. You can, however, purchase additional season-long Guest Cards or per-match Visitor Passes, which are transferable and can be used by your friends and family. If your Member card is used by a non-Member, the card will be held by the Membership Office, the individual using the Member card will be asked to leave the ground, and your membership will be subject to suspension.
Guest Card
If you purchase a season-long Guest Card in addition to your Membership, it is transferable and can be used without the Member in attendance. Same applies to match-day Visitor Passes.
1885 Club Membership | Champions Club Membership
1885 and Champions Club Cards are transferable on match days and can be passed on to family and friends.
Can I purchase membership as a gift?
Yes, it is the perfect gift for any cricket fan! Before you sign them up, please take note of the following to ensure the process is a smooth one for you:
- Ensure that you create the membership under the recipient's name.
- Automatic payment confirmation is sent to the registered email address once the application is processed. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive any communication until the present is received, please ensure you enter an alternate email address and contact number until they've received their gift.
- It takes about 4 weeks for Member packs to be issued. If you require a gift certificate in the meantime, please contact the WA Cricket Membership Office via phone or email with the name of the recipient and the address you would like it to be posted to.
Membership Categories
& Concessions
Is there an overview of all available membership classes?
To check which membership class you qualify for, please view the summary below:
Metro (residing less than 100km from Perth)
- Adult: Aged 23-64 years as of 30 September 2024
- Concession: Aged 18-22 years OR 65+ years as of 30 September 2024
- Junior: Aged 4-17 years as of 30 September 2024
Country (residing 100km or more from Perth)
- Adult: Aged 18 years and over as of 30 September 2024
- Junior: Aged 4-17 years as of 30 September 2024
Associated Club Member (member of a cricket club)
- Must be a registered member of a cricket club via the PlayHQ platform.
What age is a Junior Member?
Juniors aged 4-17 years as of 30 September 2024 qualify as Junior Members. Junior Members have every benefit of membership but, as per WACA Constitution, are not eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Do I qualify as an Associated Club Member (ACM)?
If you are actively involved with a community cricket club as a player/coach/administrator/volunteer, you can obtain a discount on your WACA Membership. If you are a registered Western Australian Cricket Umpires' Association (WACUA) umpire, you also qualify for an ACM discount.
To apply for the ACM discount rate, you must be registered with your cricket club via the PlayHQ platform. Please contact your club for further details.
Please note: The ACM discount is offered on Adult Metro full price only and is not applicable to already discounted categories such as Juniors, and Concessions. It is also not applicable to 1885 Club and Champions Club Memberships.
Do I qualify as a Country Member?
Members residing 100 kilometres or more from Perth qualify for a discount on their WACA Membership. To see if you qualify, click here to check the distance from your residence to Perth.
Members claiming the country rate may be asked to provide proof of residence in the form of a utility bill.
What concessions are offered for Metro Members?
Age Pension Concession
- Members aged 65 years and over as of 30 September 2024 qualify for a concession rate if they reside within the Perth metropolitan area.
TPI Disability Pension Concession
- If you are on a TPI pension (DVA Gold Card) or disability support pension, you qualify for a concession rate.
- WA Cricket also offers a companion card program for carer ticketing. If you are a companion card holder and wish to become a Member, please contact the WA Cricket Membership Office.
Holders of a proof of concession not listed above will not be entitled to concession rates. Dependents listed on the pension card are not eligible for concession unless they hold their own valid form of concession. Please note that concession memberships will not be fulfilled until proof of concession has been received via email to membership@wacricket.com.au
Who qualifies as an Absentee Member?
Absentee status allows you to keep your membership without paying ongoing annual subscriptions for a period of up to three years.
For a one-off payment of $250, your WACA Membership will be held for a period of up to three years. Absentee status does not permit any access to the benefits of membership (ie reciprocal rights) and can only be used once in the life of your membership.

Membership Benefits
What matches can I attend as a Member?
Following matches are included in a Base WACA Membership:
- State and tour matches, including Sheffield Shield, One-Day Cup and Women's National Cricket League (WNCL)
- Weber Women's Big Bash League
WACA Members - All Access, 1885 Club Members and Champions Club Members also get access to the full range of cricket matches at Optus Stadium including:
- International cricket (excluding ICC World Cup)
- Five Scorchers KFC Men's Big Bash League home matches plus Finals
Please note that ICC World Cup matches are not included in any of our memberships.
Can I bring guests to the cricket?
Yes!
Guest Cards to the Members Reserve
Season-long Guest Cards are transferable and valid for every match day. There is a limit of 2 Guest Cards per Member (subject to availability).
Visitor Passes to the Members Reserve
Match-day Visitor Passes to the general Members Reserve are transferable and valid for all match days this season, including all days of the Test Match. There is a limit of 5 Visitor Passes per Member and match day (subject to availability and excluding Days 1-2 of the Test). To purchase Visitor Passes please log into your Member Portal.
Visitor Passes to the 1885 Club & Champions Club
Match-day Visitor Passes to the 1885 Club and Champions Club are transferable and valid for all match days including all days of the Test Match. Due to capacity constraints, there is a limit of one (1) Visitor Pass per Member to the 1885 Club (subject to availability) and three (3) per Member to the Champions Club.
How do I get a Reserved Seat?
WACA Members - All Access and Guest Cards will be able to purchase a Reserved Seat in a premium location on Level 1 at Optus Stadium for either the entire cricket season or, alternatively, on a per-match basis.
Reserved Seats are located in sections 120 and 121 at Optus Stadium.
Are memberships and longevity transferable?
WACA Membership (Base & All Access), and the rights of being a Member including membership longevity, are personal to the Member and are non-transferable whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Guest Cards, Visitor Passes as well as 1885 Club Memberships and Champions Club Memberships are transferable and can be passed on to family and friends on match day.
Is there a Members Lounge?
WACA Ground
All Members have access to the air-conditioned Boundary Room and Long Bar, including premium food and beverages, located in the Lillee Marsh Stand on the southern side of the WACA Ground on domestic cricket match days. A designated section of seating at the front of the Boundary Room is reserved for the WACA's Life and Loyalty Members.
Optus Stadium
All Members and their guests have access to the air-conditioned Members Lounge (River View Room) at Optus Stadium during all international and Big Bash League matches. The Members Lounge features a variety of food options and a full range of beverage outlets and is located on Level 3.
Members can access the Members Lounge via Lobby 126.

Member Pack
What's included in my Member pack and when will it arrive?
Your Member pack includes the following items:
- Your Member handbook
- Your Member season card
- Your coloured Member longevity lanyard
- Your longevity pin if you hit a longevity milestone
It usually takes 4 weeks for Member packs to arrive from the time of purchase with distribution commencing from mid-September. Your Member pack will arrive via post.
My Member pack hasn't arrived yet, but I want to attend matches. How do I access the venue?
No need to panic if your Member pack does not arrive in time - simply download the mobile version of your Member card to your phone that can be accessed via 'My Events' in your Member Portal.
Match Day Access
I have a young child. Do they need a ticket?
Children aged 3 years and under as of 30 September 2024 are free of charge. To gain access for your child on match days at Optus Stadium, please see gate attendants located at Gate B. For matches at the WACA Ground, please see Member Services located at Gate 8.
What if I’ve lost my Member card?
If you have misplaced or lost your Member card, please contact the WA Cricket Membership Office on 9265 7279 or email membership@wacricket.com.au to report the card as lost/stolen and to organise a replacement card. Your original card will be de-activated and a replacement card issued.
Please note, replacement cards will incur an administration fee of $20.00, to be paid in advance.
How do I access my Visitor Pass or match-day Premium Reserved Seat?
Visitor Passes and match-day Premium Reserved Seats are not automatically emailed to Members upon purchase. Once purchased, Visitor Passes and Reserved Seats are made available in the Member Portal under 'My Events'. They can either be downloaded to your mobile or as a PDF.
What if I've forgotten my Member or Guest card on match day?
You can download a mobile version of your Member and/or Guest Card directly to your phone via the 'My Events' tab in your Member Portal.
Alternatively, visit Member Services located at the Box Office at Gate 8 for WACA Ground matches and Gate B for Optus Stadium matches to receive a replacement entry ticket to the match and Members Reserve for the day.
Match Day Facilities
Where can Members sit at the WACA Ground?
Members get exclusive access to the Members Reserve at the WACA Ground, which includes Level 1 and 3 of the Lillee Marsh Stand located at the southern side of the ground, and the air-conditioned Boundary Room.
In addition, Members can sit in the shared areas in front of the Players and South-West Pavilions.
Where can Members sit at Optus Stadium?
WACA Members - All Access
WACA Members with access to Optus Stadium, as well as Guest Card and Visitor Pass holders, have access to the Members Reserve located on the northern side of Optus Stadium. Unreserved seating is available on Level 1 and 5 of the Members Reserve on a first-in basis. Check out the map here.
1885 Club Members
1885 Club Members have access to the Platinum Terrace on Level 2 in sections 211-216. Seating is unreserved and available on a first-in basis.
Champions Club Members
Champions Club Members have access to the exclusive Victory Lounge on Level 2 and seating in sections 217-221. Hassle-free entry is via a private VIP lift.
Is there a Members Lounge?
WACA Ground
Members and their guests have access to the air-conditioned Boundary Room and Long Bar located in the Lillee Marsh Stand at the southern side of the WACA Ground on domestic cricket and WBBL match days.
Optus Stadium
Members and their guests have access to the Members Lounge located inside the River View Room during international cricket and BBL match days. The Members Lounge features a variety of food options, beverage outlets and activations and is located on Level 3 West.
Members can access the Members Lounge via Lobby 126.
Public Transport & Parking
Is public transport included in my membership?
Yes, free train and bus services to and from Optus Stadium is included with your membership. Use the Transperth JourneyPlanner to plan your journey.
Public transport for matches at the WACA Ground is not included in your membership.
Is parking available at the WACA Ground?
Due to the WACA Ground Improvement Project, Members are unable to park inside the WACA Ground for the 2024-25 season. Paid parking is available on surrounding streets - check signage before leaving your vehicle.
Is ACROD parking available at Optus Stadium?
Limited ACROD parking is available at Optus Stadium. Members need to apply directly to Optus Stadium prior to match day to secure ACROD parking or a drop-off pass by completing the ACROD Registration Form. ACROD parking registrations open three weeks prior to the event date.
Payment Options
What are my payment options?
You can pay upfront or select a payment plan. Payment plan options vary throughout the year, ranging from 2 to 6-part payment plans. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.
There are no additional charges for payment plans.
How do I redeem my account credit?
If you have an account credit and renew your membership online, you can select to apply your account credit during Step 3 (Payment Options).
If you wish to renew your membership over the phone, we will assist you with applying your account credit.
Member Portal & Account
My Member account is linked to another Member's account. How do I access both?
Sign into your online Member Portal to access your account, then click on your name in the right top hand corner and 'Switch Account' to access the linked account.
How do I access and change my personal details or address?
To access and update your personal details, including payment details, sign into your online Member Portal. Alternatively, call us on 08 9265 7279 or email membership@wacricket.com.au.
