Notice of 2026 AGM
Members are advised that the 2026 AGM of the Western Australian Cricket Association Limited will be held in the Wally Edwards Function Centre, Level 3, Prindiville Building, WACA Ground, East Perth on Wednesday 23 September 2026, commencing at 6.00pm.

Election of Member Elected Director
Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited has been engaged by the WACA Board to conduct and manage your 2026 election of One (1) Member Elected Director to the WACA Board. Lisa Ahwan, Senior Relationship Manager at Computershare, has been appointed as the Returning Officer.
ABOUT THIS ELECTION
There are four (4) nominations for one (1) vacancy to serve as a Member Elected Director on the WACA Board from the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
VOTING
Eligible Members will be able to vote either prior to the AGM (online) or in person at the AGM on 23 September 2026. Eligible Members will be able to vote for one (1) candidate.
PRE-AGM ONLINE VOTING PERIOD
Voting Opens: Monday 7 September 2026 at 12:00pm AWST
Voting Closes: Monday 21 September 2026 at 12:00pm AWST
ONLINE VOTING
Online Voting will be via Computershare’s voting portal. Members will be provided with a link to the portal and a unique Voting ID, which will be sent directly to Members by Computershare on Monday 7 September 2026.
AGM VOTING
Unless already voted online, eligible Members will be able to vote in person at the AGM, to be held on Wednesday 23 September 2026, commencing at 6pm in Wally Edwards Function Centre, Level 3, Prindiville Building, WACA Ground.
RESULTS
The results of the election will be declared by Lisa Ahwan, Returning Officer, at the AGM.
