Membership Categories
What are the different Scorchers Membership categories
There are two Scorchers Memberships available for the 2024-25 season including:
Scorchers Membership is your Scorchers season pass. Includes match access for:
- All five (5) Perth Scorchers KFC BBL|14 home matches at Optus Stadium
- All five (5) Perth Scorchers Weber WBBL|10 home matches at the WACA Ground
Scorchers WBBL Membership is your WBBL season pass. Includes match access for:
- All five (5) Perth Scorchers Weber WBBL|10 home matches at the WACA Ground
What age is an Adult Member?
Adults aged 18 and over as of 1 December 2024 qualify as Adult Members.
Who qualifies for a Concession Membership?
You may qualify for a Scorchers Concession Membership if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Full-Time Student: Hold a valid Australian Student Card (with photo ID) from a secondary or tertiary institution.
- Health Care Card: Present a Health Care Card issued by Centrelink.
- Age Pension: Members aged 65 years or older as of 1 December, 2024, are eligible for a concession rate.
- TPI Disability Pension: If you hold a TPI pension (DVA Gold Card) or a disability support pension, you qualify for a concession rate.
Companion Card Program: WA Cricket offers a companion card program for carer ticketing. If you are a Companion Card holder and wish to become a Member, please contact the WA Cricket Membership Office.
Important Notes:
- Proof of concession must be submitted via email to membership@wacricket.com.au before your concession membership can be fulfilled.
- Dependents listed on a pension card are not eligible for concession rates unless they possess their own valid form of concession.
- Holders of proof of concession not listed above will not be entitled to concession rates.
What age is a Junior Member?
Juniors aged 4-17 years as of 1 December 2024 qualify as Junior Members.
Children aged 3 and under will be admitted free of charge and won’t require a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat. A valid ticket will be required for any child under 3 years who is occupying a seat.
Who is eligible for a Family Membership?
A total of two (2) Adults and two (2) Juniors are permitted on a Family Membership.
Is my Scorchers Membership transferable?
Yes, it is! Can’t make it to a match? Share your tickets with family or friends if you are unable to attend. It’s easy to share your mobile membership barcode through your Scorchers Membership account on your phone, or you can pass on your member card.
Is there wheelchair or accessible Memberships available?
Yes, Memberships are available for those in wheelchairs and their carers and for members requiring accessible seating. For further information please contact the Membership Office on 08 9265 7279 or email membership@wacricket.com.au.
Seat Enquiries & Changes
Can I choose the same reserved seat for all five matches if I purchase a Full Season Membership?
Absolutely! You are guaranteed the same reserved seat if you purchase the Full Season Membership.
Can I change seats and upgrade/downgrade my membership to a different category?
If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your membership to a different category or change seats, please email membership@wacricket.com.au. View the seating map.
Payment Options
What are my payment options?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Monthly payment plans are also available at no additional cost.
How do I apply my account credit from last season?
Once you sign into your Member Portal and access your invoice, you will be able to apply your account credit under Step 3 | Payment Options towards this season's membership fees.
Will my membership be auto-renewed for BBL|14?
Yes. We are automatically rolling over your membership for BBL|14. Payment will be taken on 30 August via your chosen payment method (full payment plan/5-part payment plan) from last season. If you wish to opt out of auto-renewals, call the Membership Office on (08) 9265 7279 or email membership@wacricket.com.au.
Member Pack & Tickets
Will I receive a Member pack?
All Full Season Scorchers and WBBL Scorchers Members will receive a physical Member pack, including season card, lanyard and voucher to collect a very special Members-only collectible!
How can I access my BBL ticket?
You can download a mobile version of your Scorchers Member card to your phone that can be accessed via 'My Events' in your Member Portal.
How can I access my WBBL ticket?
You can download a mobile version of your WBBL Member card to your phone that can be accessed via 'My Events' in your Member Portal.
Full Season Scorchers Members looking to attend WBBL matches can scan their Membership cards or download a mobile version via 'My Events' in your Member Portal.
Match Account & Portal
What is my Member ID and where do I find it?
Your Member ID can be accessed via your Member Portal. Please note that only the primary account holder will be issued with a Member ID, which is then shared with secondary account holders and Members including children, partners, and friends.
How do I access and change my personal details or address?
To access and update your personal details, including payment details, sign into your online Member Portal. Alternatively, email membership@wacricket.com.au.
Match Day Access
Where can I find match day information?
Everything you need to know before heading to Scorchers & WBBL Scorchers matches at Optus Stadium and the WACA ground will be sent to you via email prior to each match.
Does my membership include transport to the venue?
Yes, free train and bus services to and from Optus Stadium is included with your Scorchers Membership. Use the Transperth JourneyPlanner to plan your journey.
Is ACROD parking available at Optus Stadium?
Limited ACROD parking is available at Optus Stadium. Members need to apply directly to Optus Stadium prior to match day to secure ACROD parking or a drop-off pass by completing the ACROD Registration Form. ACROD parking registrations open three weeks prior to the event date.
How do I contact the Membership Office on game day?
WACA Ground match days:
Please visit the Membership Office located at Gate 8.
Optus Stadium match days:
Please visit Member Services located at Box Office B or inside the Locker Room on Level 1.
