Recognition Events
The WACA recognises Members longevity and tenure at selected milestone events, such as the 40+ year Golden Luncheon.

Life & Honorary Membership
There are three types of WACA Life Memberships:
Perpetual Memberships
Paid memberships which were introduced in 1985. Only 36 of these were offered. Perpetual Memberships are transferable when the Member passes away as they are a bond with no fixed maturity date. Perpetual Members are encouraged to detail in their Will who is to receive the membership upon their death.
Life Memberships
Paid memberships which were offered for a short time only and are not transferable upon death.
Honorary Memberships
Complimentary memberships awarded by the Association to people who have made a significant contribution to cricket in Western Australia. Award recipients are voted for and announced at the Annual General Meeting each year.
