Members are advised that the 2025 AGM of the Western Australian Cricket Association Limited was held in the Boundary Room of the Lillee Marsh Stand, WACA Ground, East Perth on Thursday 25 September 2025, commencing at 6.00pm.

Director Election
The WACA Board ratified four Member Elected Directors during the 2025 WA Cricket Annual General Meeting at the WACA Ground.
17 WACA Members nominated for 4 the Member Elected Positions and 1,877 Members voted. Below are the final results:

Brad Hogg (1,161 votes), John Inverarity AM MBE (978 votes) and Dr Michael Gannon (895 votes) were re-elected to their positions, while Michael Veletta (763 votes) returns to the WACA Board.
Hogg, the former WA and Australian spinner and two-time World Cup winner, offers leadership experience, community advocacy and commitment to guiding WA Cricket through its redevelopment.
Inverarity, a former WA captain, Test player and national selector, was also re-elected, providing continuity and drawing on his vast experience in cricket, education and governance to help strengthen WA Cricket during a period of significant transition.
A long-time WACA Member and former President of the Australian Medical Association, Dr Gannon brings extensive expertise in government relations, finance and corporate governance, alongside his strong advocacy for the WACA Ground Improvement Project.
Veletta, former WA and Australian batter with a strong background in business and property, returns to the Board, bringing valuable global cricket insight, corporate expertise and a passion for growing the game across all levels of the community.
