Getting Here:
Attendees are advised to check road closures in advance and plan their journey accordingly. We encourage attendees to travel via public transport.
Event Travel Information
- Road Closure: Nelson Crescent will be closed from 6:00am- 5:30pm.
- Please note parking is not available within the WACA Ground.
- Skip the traffic and take advantage of Perth’s transport options: Plan your journey via the Transperth Journey Planner.
- Attendees can also take the FREE RED CAT bus service directly to the WACA Ground. View the RED CAT timetable online to plan your trip.
Entry:
- Entry for the WACA Ground Community Open Day will be located on the Corner of Nelson Crescent and Brathwaite Street.
- Attendees will be subject to a bag check upon arrival.

A range of activities and food and beverage options will be available throughout the day, including:
- Player signings from 10:30am-11:15am
- Airbrush and glitter tattoos
- Classic Catch inflatable and on field cricket activities
- Retail market stalls
- DJ and live music entertainment
- Food trucks (Japanese, Taiwanese, Desserts, Cotton Candy, Bubble Tea)
- Bunnings Sausage sizzle supporting the WA Cricket Foundation

Please note the WACA Ground is a cashless venue.
We encourage attendees to explore the precinct and take part in the many activities on offer across the Ground.
As this is an outdoor event, attendees are encouraged to wear a hat, apply sunscreen and stay hydrated throughout the day.
