Q: When will I receive my membership pack?

Purchases and renewals prior to 22 September 2020: If you have purchased or renewed your membership prior to 22 September 2020, your membership pack should be with you by now. Purchases and renewals on or after 22 September 2020: If you have purchased or renewed your membership on or after 22 September 2020, your membership pack has not been issued as yet. Due to many Members changing membership types by either downgrading or upgrading in the last few weeks, we are trying to avoid inconveniencing Members by cancelling existing cards and printing new ones. We will re-commence fulfilment of packs around mid-November, after the announcement of the final BBL fixtures. Your pack will still be with you prior to any commercial matches being played at Optus Stadium. Thank you for your patience.
