DESCRIPTION:Be part of a landmark moment at the WACA Ground. \nOn Thursday 23 April\, the WACA will host an exclusive dining experience within its newly developed precinct\, showcasing the best of Western Australian produce in a premium\, after-hours setting. The evening begins on the boundary\, where guests will enjoy the first of six courses served on-field in front of the iconic WACA scoreboard. From there\, guests will move into the Wally Edwards Function Centre for the remaining courses of a six-course dining experience\, thoughtfully designed to highlight seasonal flavours and local ingredients. \nThe menu features a progression of dishes including oysters with rockmelon and finger lime\, confit prawn with cauliflower mousse\, snapper escabeche\, slow roasted duck\, and braised lamb with native oregano jus\, finishing with a curated cheese course.
