The evening begins on the boundary\, where guests will enjoy the first of six courses served on-field in front of the iconic WACA scoreboard. From there\, guests will move into the Wally Edwards Function Centre for the remaining courses of a six-course dining experience\, thoughtfully designed to highlight seasonal flavours and local ingredients. \nThe menu features a progression of dishes including oysters with rockmelon and finger lime\, confit prawn with cauliflower mousse\, snapper escabeche\, slow roasted duck\, and braised lamb with native oregano jus\, finishing with a curated cheese course.
